Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ColtCC, a website and internal business application operated by Chain of Love Transport, Inc. By accessing or using ColtCC, you agree to follow these terms and any applicable company policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Authorized use of the service

ColtCC is provided for authorized business and operational use. It supports transportation coordination, staff and driver communication, scheduling, work orders, compliance activities, and related company functions. You may use ColtCC only for legitimate purposes connected to your authorized role.

User accounts and access

You are responsible for protecting your login information and for activity performed through your account. Do not share credentials or attempt to use another person’s account. ColtCC may connect with services provided by third parties, including communication, hosting, and Google services. Your use of those services may also be subject to the provider’s terms and privacy practices. Third-party availability or behavior may affect related ColtCC features.

Intellectual property

ColtCC, its original content, branding, designs, and software are owned by or licensed to Chain of Love Transport, Inc., except for third-party materials and services. Authorized access does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, distribute, or commercially exploit the service outside approved company use.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Chain of Love Transport, Inc. is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of, inability to use, or reliance on ColtCC. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot legally be limited.

Termination or suspension of access

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when a person no longer has an authorized business need, violates these terms or company policy, creates a security or operational risk, or when access changes are otherwise reasonably necessary.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as ColtCC, our operations, or applicable requirements change. The “Last Updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Chain of Love Transport, Inc. in the State of Michigan, without overriding rights or requirements that apply under other controlling law.
